Online Learning

If we have to move to online learning, WHA offers an immersive, interactive, and social online learning experience

While we believe that technology needs to be used in moderation while educating young students, we also recognize the increasing complexities of our time and believe in developing thoughtful and responsible approaches to technology use. When we are required to move to online learning, we use synchronous learning to continue to support every child’s academic and social development.

Online Learning Highlights

Our teachers have worked hard to make sure students have fun and grow together when learning online!

WHA is committed to our families. When faced with a challenge, we rise up and ensure the best possible pathways for providing high quality education and interactions with our students. When the schools closed down in spring 2020, we quickly reoriented ourselves to provide online education for all grades. Using a combination of Google Classroom, Zoom, and other platforms, we were able to continue providing live instruction to students in all subjects. We were even able to move our annual drama production online!

While we were very grateful to be able to connect online and continue our learning, we definitely missed seeing everyone.
